We would for the moment appear to be working on a schedule of fortnightly 0900 conference calls Wednesdays, which is even more annoying than a weekly schedule thereof. This morning's was focused, friendly, productive and businesslike.
Also, these potential collaborators in Cambridge are keen we should go see them, particularly around a couple of conferences April 5-10; $project_manager said some people from here will go, and the only surety yet as to whom is that $IT_boss will not be doing it. I doubt it's very likely to include me but if it does I will make that known so soon as possible.
Other than that, I had constructive chat with
daharyn and mail from zaria123 last night, and watched V for Vendetta again, and am starting to feel slightly less surrounded by things; the bad mood in the air may finally be lifting.
